CONTEST RULES/ DETAILS
1. Only one entry per person is permitted every six months. Entries will remain in the drawing box for six months.
2. Winners will receive e-mail notification by 15th of the month.
3. Double or triple entries will not be acknowledged or accepted.
4. In-house sessions will be scheduled at the office in Tucson, Arizona.
5. Phone readings are available locally and nationally. Winners are responsible for long distance telephone charges.
6. Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of the date of e-mail notification.
7. Offer expires 30 days after notification.
8. Each individual practitioner is responsible for the winning delivery of their offering listed in the CAET Monthly Drawing.
9.TheCAET and Mega R. Mease are responsible only for the winning delivery of Energy Diagnosis, Email Reading, Spine-a-Licious and Product.
10.Information received on entry forms will be added to the CAET data base. Participants will receive periodical newsletters and e-mail notification of healing specials and events.
