The
Center for Advanced Energy Therapeutics administrative
policies concerning cancellations, late arrival, payment
options, returned checks are as follows:
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of in-house
appointments or full payment is expected. 48 hour notice is
required for all distance healings, mentoring sessions and
readings. Clients will also be charged full payment for
missed or forgotten appointments.
Late arrival
Sessions are booked in close proximity so there may not be
enough time to receive a full session if you arrive late for
your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged the full
session fee. A late arrival of 20 minutes or more will be
considered a missed appointment.
Payment
Cash, personal check, or credit card payments are accepted.
Credit card payment is available on the website only and
must be completed prior to appointment.
Returned checks
There will be a $40.00 charge for any returned checks.
Distance
appointment: Payment & Procedures
Payment is required 7 days prior to your distance
appointment. A $25.00 fee will apply for all late payments.
*Withdrawal from Monthly
standing appointment verbal contract is four weeks.
*Withdrawal from a Bi-Monthly standing appointment verbal
contract four weeks.
*Withdrawal from a weekly standing appointment verbal
contract is four weeks.
